Advice to follow before your facial

Avoid Retinol for 5 days before your facial, and any other exfoliating skincare products such as AHA/BHA.
I do ask if you can come without eye make-up on or freshly done eye lash extensions please, if possible none or minimal make-up is helpful to.
Avoid waxing any area of your face 1 week prior.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure 1 week prior to your appointment, since sunburned skin cannot be treated. You should be wearing a high factor SPF daily, This is the last skincare product to apply in your AM routine.
Avoid sunbeds 1/2 weeks prior your appointment.
If pregnant, I need to be notified straight away as this will limit your treatment options, or to be able to have a facial at all
You cannot attend if you have active herpes simplex virus. If there is a history of cold sores, an antiviral agent should be taken for two days prior to and day of treatment. Always contact your GP beforehand
No shaving on the day of your treatment
No treatments can be carried out if you have been taking roaccutane or accutane in the last 6 months, If you currently taking any acne medication I need to be notified on your medical forms.

Facial cancers, especially facial melanoma

If you have a nut allergies

You must wait several months after cosmetic surgery
