  • Creating your GetHarley profile

To provide seamless service, Nani-Gloe Skin uses an automated process that creates client accounts on third-party skincare platforms upon booking


2.1 AlumierMD Portal


When a client books a treatment or skincare consultation, their essential details (such as name, email address, and relevant skin information) are securely uploaded to the AlumierMD professional portal. This allows:


  • Creation of a personalised AlumierMD profile
  • Access to recommended professional-grade products
  • Ability for Nani-Gloe Skin to issue skincare regimens and refill links via AlumierMD
     

2.2 GetHarley Portal


For clients receiving personalised skincare plans and follow-up product recommendations, their booking triggers automatic onboarding to the GetHarley system. This enables:

  • Delivery of digital skincare plans
  • Direct product purchasing through GetHarley
  • Ongoing follow-up support and refill reminders
     

3. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data


Nani-Gloe Skin processes client data according to GDPR Article 6(1)(b): processing necessary for the performance of a service requested by the client. By booking an appointment, the client engages with a service requiring product portals to deliver professional skincare plans.


Where additional consent is required (e.g., marketing contact), separate opt-in consent is collected.


4. Data Types Shared with AlumierMD and GetHarley


Only the minimum data necessary to create accounts and provide skincare recommendations is shared, typically including:

  • Operates under GDPR-aligned privacy and security standards
    Clients receiving a GetHarley plan will also agree to their platform’s terms and privacy policy.
