For at least 14 days following your treatment to maximise results please include the following daily routine:
• Use a gentle cleanser, avoid wipes and micellar water
• Apply skin care products suitable for your skin type and have a skincare routine ready for after your facial
• Avoid products that contain retinoids ( retinol ), AHAs (alpha hydroxy acid, such as glycolic acid/lactic acid), BHAs (beta hydroxy acids, such as salicylic), micro beads, or enzymes that will further exfoliate the skin for at least 5/7 days. 2/3 days with Dermaplaning
• No exfoliation - physical or chemical for at least 1 week
• Avoid cleansing tools/brushes/rough sponges for at least 3 days.
Try soft muslin cloths or a soft flannel.
• Avoid any skincare products that contain harsh chemicals such as alcohol/fragrances/parabens especially after facials, but this should be something to avoid all the time.
• Avoid sun exposure straight after a facial.
• It is important to wear a high factor broad-spectrum SPF for at least 1 month after treatment. RISK: If you don't wear SPF 30+ after treatment, you will be more prone to sun damage than usual, meaning you are at risk of hyperpigmentation.
• Avoid excessive heat 3 days post treatment for e.g heavy workouts, steam rooms, saunas or sunbeds etc.
• Avoid chlorine for 24 hours. Do no submerge the treated area into chlorine pool or hot tub for 3-5 days
• Avoid a hot bath/shower for 24 hours to reduce causing any irritation
• Avoid facial waxing for 1-2 weeks
• Avoid dermal fillers and Botox/Xeomin for 2 weeks
• Do not pick, scratch or aggressively rub the treated area
• Make-up may be worn 24/74 hours later, the longer the better. Make sure only to use clean make- up brushes/sponges as contaminated brushes can cause skin irritation and breakouts.
• Keep your whole body really hydrated, Drink the daily amount, if not more after a facial
• Number one rule please avoid touching your face and if you can’t help it, then please keep your hands sanitised throughout the day
• Try and keep your hair off your face if possible, for the first day.
• Avoid Fake tan on the face for at least 7 days
• Clean, fresh pillowcase. 100% Silk is great for the skin.
• After Dermaplaning do not have any chemical peels/microdermabrasion treatments. Unless completed on the day.
For 2-5 days after Dermaplaning, the procedure area can experience the following symptoms:
Tenderness• Redness• Flaking• Dryness• Itching (for sensitive skin)
For 2-5 days after a Chemical peel ,Enzyme/Oxygen Facials or Micro-Needling, the procedure area can experience the following:
Dryness• Tenderness •Tightness• Redness
I apply a lot of skincare products during your facial appointment, so there is no need to cleanse and apply anymore products until the following day.
For 2-5 days after the Geneo+ Facial, the procedure area can experience the following symptoms:
Excessive redness or swelling, If persists for more than two hours use soothing cream such as Aloe Vera or Recovery Balm • Excessive tingling sensation • Fragile skin and sensitive to touch • Dryness • Irritation • Tenderness • Tightness

· Mesotherapy – Depends on formulation and skin healing rate
· Superficial/light peels AHA/BHA – 2 weeks
· Cryolipolysis – You cannot treat over the same area for 3 months
· Fractional Laser – 1 month
· Ultrasound devices – 24 hours
· Laser/LPL procedures – ½ weeks
· Synthetic fillers, gold/plastic threads cannot be treated at all
· Aesthetic treatments – You can not over treat/stimulate the area
· Cannot receive HIFU treatments while receiving these treatments
